Honestly, when I heard of Dealer Car Search, I was skeptical. Our dealer group had a web master handling our site and though I knew the site needed serious revisions, I was not looking for a new company to handle it. Despite Daniel Davis' dynamic personality and Chris Wyndham's technical insight, it took several conversations with the two to convince me to reconsider Dealer Car Search. In other words, I was not an easy sell. 

However, when I compared the benefits Dealer Car Search was able to offer our used car dealer group, I could no longer remain a cynic. I remember calling our General Manager and making the recommendation that we go with DCS. We made the move in September 2011 and have since generated far more traffic to our sites than we ever did with our previous web master. 

Since then, DCS has proven to be extremely efficient in making revisions to our sites, thanks to the work of Dave Marmillot. He continually exceeds my expectations with his timely edits to our web pages. He has even works hard to accommodate our special requests and fields endless questions and concerns regarding the sites.

In addition, Jerry Clark has provided invaluable SEO insight that has helped our sites' online visibility. Rob Azinger has worked on our inventory feed issues to ensure the feeds are working properly. And the customer service reps I've spoken to: Andrew, Joseph, Scott and others, have had great follow through and have handled my concerns in a professional manner.

Bottom line, DCS has accumulated an exceptional group of employees who operate efficiently and genuinely seem to like what they do. This is the greatest testimony for any company - to have employees who believe in their products and go out of their way to service their customers. I'm thankful we made the move to DCS, and I've never had buyer's remorse!

Everybody at Dealer Car Search has always been right on top of things.  Todd especially has been able to handle my requests very promptly.  About 2 months ago a rep at another web site company called me and promised me everything that DCS was already doing but for a fraction of the price.  Thinking with my wallet I agreed to try them out.  What a mistake that was.  About 2 weeks into the switch my calls dropped dramatically from my Internet department.  

When examined it closer I realized that the vehicles were not on half the amount of free sites and my feeds to OVE were not pushing through.  Realizing my mistake I called DCS switched back. Todd had me back on in about a day.  In my opinion they are not the cheapest but they are worth the extra money.  This service allows me to spend more time on actually selling instead of typing.

I am a small dealer in a rural Indiana town of about 15000 people. We stock about 10 vehicles, so any additional out of town leads are very welcome. We have been marketing our cars on the internet for about 4 years with less than mediocre results until now. I recently started using Dealer Car Search for our online marketing. I am here to tell you that if you are not using Dealer Car Search, you are making a big mistake.
